[DONE] Install Intertwingler on deuce (which is ostensibly a much, much faster machine than that piddly little VPS on DigitalOcean) and just reverse-proxy it over the VPN.

File a bug upstream to get proper support for FastCGI in Rackup.

Fish the FastCGI driver out of old Rack code and install it under /var/lib/intertwingler.
